Gooderham Flatiron Building No 2 with Border

The Gooderham Flatiron Building at No 49 Wellington Street East in Toronto Ontario was built by George Gooderham in 1891. The four and a half storey red brick building was constructed at a cost of $18,000 and predates New York’s more famous Flatiron building by 10 years.
