Non-Refundable Payment & Pay-Over-Time Agreement

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that all payments made toward services—including deposits, partial payments, and pay-over-time installments—are non-refundable.

Payments secure your appointment date, artist availability, and custom design time. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, reschedules, changes of mind, dissatisfaction with pain tolerance, or failure to complete remaining payments.

If you choose Pay Over Time option, you acknowledge that your financing agreement is with the third-party payment provider, not Tattooed by Shaz LLC.

Tattooed by Shaz LLC receives payment in full at the time of purchase. You are solely responsible for making all required payments to your financing provider according to their terms. Failure to do so does not entitle you to a refund, cancellation, or chargeback against Tattooed by Shaz LLC.

By completing this transaction, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and authorize Tattooed by Shaz LLC to process this charge via afterpay/affirm/klarna. You further agree not to dispute or charge back any non-refundable payments made under this agreement.
