How it works

1. An invoice is created in your billing tool
2. Reminders go out 3 days before, on the due date, and after
3. Payment stops the reminders and you see who is still open

What you provide: Access to your invoices (Stripe, QuickBooks, Beacons or a spreadsheet).

Compliance: Polite reminders only, no collection threats. Texts go only to customers who agreed to receive them.

Monthly service: $79/month is a separate membership (Payment Reminders - Monthly) that covers running, sending and tune-ups.
