Hey friend - I am so excited for you to level up your skills with my Weekly Practice Planner. I’ve been using it for several months now and it has helped me so much in tracking my progress and planning my skate sessions. Use it for whatever moves you! Track your skating practice, or any other hobby you’re loving at the moment.
How I use it:
Before the week begins, I sit down with my calendar and plan out what days I’ll be able to get out and skate. Then I mark the correlating days on the Weekly Practice Planner. If you can only practice two days this week - don’t sweat it! Any dedicated time to your hobby will grow your skillset. (Note: I’ve included both a Sunday Start and Monday Start option)
Next, I go to the top right box “Skills I’m Working On” and fill in the skills I want to focus on this week. Then I go down day by day in the planner and write in what I’ll be practicing each day under “today’s skills.” After each practice session - I fill in the notes and rate my session (rate it however you like! Ex: mood, progress, weather, etc.)
At the end of the week - I fill in what I want to repeat and change next week. Keep your previous Weekly Practice Planners to watch your progress grow over time.
This guide is for you if you’re looking to:
- Organize your practice schedule
- Track your progress
- Reach your goals faster
