Self Awareness Activity
The Subconscious Mirror
The activity consists of a series of four specialized word searches, each varying in complexity and thematic focus. Rather than being a traditional game of "finding all the words," this is a diagnostic exercise. Participants are instructed to scan the grids and note only the first two or three words they see. These "priority words" serve as a snapshot of their immediate mental and emotional priorities, hidden stressors, or deep seeded needs.
The Four Phases of Discovery
1. The Discovery Grid (State of Mind):
A general assessment aimed at identifying the participant's current energy levels whether they are feeling the weight of a Burden or the pull toward Growth.
2. The Deep-Scan Grid (Hidden Trauma):
A dense, complex grid designed to bypass surface level thoughts. It targets deeper emotional weights like Resentment, Betrayal, or the need for Solace.
3. The Complexity Grid (Deep Seeded Roots):
Using advanced patterns like backward and diagonal words, this grid identifies behavioral patterns and existential fears, such as Scarcity, Obligation, or the feeling of being Unmasked.
4. The Focused Flow Grid (Surface Emotions):
A balanced, clearer grid that captures immediate, actionable feelings like Anxiety, the need for Balance, or a craving for Peace.
