The Giant's Ice Cream Book Companion

Bring *A Giant’s Ice Cream* to life with this easy-to-use book companion! I’ve created a shared reading lesson plan to help guide storytime with your prek-2nd grade students, plus a link to a YouTube read-aloud so you can enjoy the story together; in case you do not have this book. Don't forget the power of pausing a video!!

You’ll also find a song with an example and visuals to make learning more engaging, along with links to the toys featured in the activities.

This is a helpful resource for adding music, visuals, and hands-on play to your reading experience. I've seen huge growth in my student's vocabulary diversity and ability to participate in conversations after reading a text using these exact strategies.
