A slow and certain painting of a time "before" when giants appeared and a community began to form - It left me with questions - why are Eve's 48 violet children kept in a cage? and why did she feel it so necessary to wait for permission to treat a sick child? Heal first - answer for it later - I did not understand her feeling lonely when there is much to discover in her new land - trees, vegetation, insects, animals, other beings and much work to do with children and feeding and health issues -lonely is something that seems ego centered and when she would be consumed with all the other things I cannot see it being. factor of her mental development as this seems to be a more positive sketch of a new life she and her mate have arrived at to grow and develop..........But that is just my first read through for thoughts.

Oh my goodness, EKO! You really had me from the first paragraph wondering who these people are since, because of your timeline, they can't be our original mother and father...I can hardly wait to read the rest...you have left me hanging in anticipation ☺️💕

Eko takes us to a viewpoint right next to Adam and Eve in glimpses as they do their day to day far from Eden and the Garden. We the reader a bit lost in this unknown as they must have been gather glimpses of their dty and motivation and their personalities. I’m ready for more! The characters are developing with an inkling of their superhuman or first human qualities…EKO has me again!
