The Coastal Reset

The Coastal Reset

A Personalized Remote Healing Session

Life doesn’t always slow down. Stress, uncertainty, grief, relationship challenges, and everyday responsibilities can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, and out of balance.

The Coastal Reset is a live 60-minute healing session held over a secure video call, allowing you to receive support from wherever you are. Together, we’ll create a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and begin returning to a place of greater peace and balance.

Every session is personalized to your unique needs and intentions and may include Reiki energy healing, guided meditation, breathwork, grounding practices, nervous system support, chakra balancing, intuitive guidance, and reflective conversation. No two sessions are exactly alike.

Whether you’re moving through a stressful season, processing difficult emotions, seeking clarity, or simply longing to feel more like yourself again, this session is designed to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and cultivate greater steadiness amidst life’s challenges.
