From Triggered to Grounded
You are not broken.
You adapted to survive things that were never supposed to happen to you.
I created this workbook for the people who are tired of living in constant survival mode — the overthinkers, the hypervigilant, the emotionally exhausted, and the ones whose nervous systems never truly learned what safety felt like.
My approach to healing is honest, compassionate, and grounded in real-life emotional recovery. No toxic positivity. No “just move on.” No pretending trauma disappears because time passed.
I believe healing happens when we finally understand our patterns instead of judging them. When we stop fighting ourselves long enough to feel safe inside our own minds and bodies again.
Through guided reflection, nervous system awareness, grounding practices, and trauma-processing exercises, my goal is to help you reconnect with yourself — gently, honestly, and at your own pace.
Because healing isn’t about becoming a different person.
It’s about finally feeling safe enough to be the person you already are.
