Tattoo Appointment

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT

• Clients must arrive no later than 30 minutes past their scheduled appointment time. Arriving later than 30 minutes may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.

• Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE and secure your appointment date and time.

• Clients must be open to possible appointment date or time changes in the event of scheduling conflicts or unforeseen circumstances. Any necessary changes will be communicated as early as possible.

• DO NOT arrive with numbing cream already applied to the skin unless specifically instructed to do so beforehand.

• Before your appointment, you will be required to contact me with:

Desired placement

Clear photos of the area where the tattoo will be placed

• Please eat a full meal before arriving to your appointment.

• Do NOT arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Appointments may be canceled immediately if intoxication is suspected.

• Please arrive with good hygiene intact.

• Reach out approximately 30 minutes before arrival to confirm you are on the way.

• Cash is the preferred payment method.

• Additional paperwork and consent forms will be provided at the front desk on the day of your appointment.
